The Druids of The Foamswepts
Ages ago, before the coming of the ancestors of the current peoples that populate the Foamswepts, the tribes of humans that originally lived on the islands worshipped primal spirits. Their leaders were druids, and the most powerful and legendary of those leaders was the grand druid, Nar.
Whenever Nar died, his teeth were passed (as totems) onto several other powerful druids that were his followers. The exact number of these followers is unknown, but some sources claim that Nar had a “Circle of Seven” main disciples. One of these was Wa-Norri, the Master of Ice, who dwelt on the island of Kreet. Another follower who also made his home on Kreet was Li-Fanna, the Master of Life.
The tooth of Nar that Wa-norri inherited was recently removed from Wa-norri’s burial mound by looting warforged soldiers from Khartum. However, triumphantly, this precious relic was stolen back by a band of good adventurers who prevented it from being delivered into the hands of the Khartumian commander, Dorovar. It is likely that a tooth of Nar that was kept by Li-Fannna was, however, taken by Khartumian invaders during the same invasion. The exact current location of this relic is unknown.
